One free email each business morning, read by Canadian residential agents. Three sponsor slots per issue, sold direct, with category exclusivity for the term.
Who reads it
Working residential agents across Canada. The brief covers rates and money, the national and regional markets, industry and regulatory news, one tactical item, and the luxury segment — six regions on a fixed rotation, so it is not a Toronto newsletter with a national name.
The slot
One featured slot per issue, directly below the opening section, hard-labelledSponsored. Category exclusivity for the calendar month on week and month buys.
Every link is tracked, and every sponsor gets a monthly report of verified clicks — scanner and bot traffic separated out, with the method described. Smaller honest numbers, not inflated ones.
Rates
Rates rise with the list. The band we are in now is marked — that is what you would pay today, and it is the band the checkout charges.
| Subscribers | Single send | Week (5 sends) | Month (21 sends) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0–499 | $65 | $295 | $1,025 |
| 500–999 | $105 | $475 | $1,650 |
| 1,000–2,499 | $145 | $650 | $2,275 |
| 2,500–4,999 | $325 | $1,450 | $5,100 |
| 5,000–9,999 | $595 | $2,675 | $9,350 |
All figures CAD. One featured slot per issue. Category exclusivity for the calendar month included on week and month buys. Above 10,000 subscribers, rates are quoted directly.
No GST/HST is charged while under the $30,000 small-supplier threshold. Once registered, add the tax line here and to the Stripe line items, and put the registration number on invoices.
What sponsorship does not buy
Editorial. Not at any price, not as a favour, not as part of a package. If a sponsor is genuinely the news, the item runs with a disclosure line and is written exactly as it would have been otherwise.
Full policy on the sponsorship disclosure page.
A sample issue
The first issue has not published yet. Subscribe and you will see the format the morning it lands.
Payment is collected by Thom Van Dycke, publisher of Canadian Real Estate Daily. That is the name on the invoice and on your card statement. Saying so here so nothing about the charge is a surprise later.
